Ingredients

4 strawberries chopped

1 kiwi chopped

Half glass of strawberry laban, readymade

Preparation

Take all the above ingredients

Peanut butter banana oatmeal smoothie

Ingredients

1tbsp peanut butter

1/2 glass milk

1 banana cut into piece

2 tbsp oatmeal cooked

Take all the above ingredients and blend.

 

Dark chocolate smoothie

Ingredients

4 to 5 chunks of dark chocolate

1/2 glass milk

1tbsp cocoa powder

2 tsp sugar

Preparation

Blend all of the above ingredients.
